Flower Essence Session

A Wellness Session is a one on one meeting for those who feel stuck or challenged in any area and/or those looking to move towards a more holistic approach to health and happiness. Each session is co-created to address your individual needs. When working with a physical issue, a wellness plan will be created which may incorporate flower essences, gemmotherapy, nutrition counseling, and energetic practices that offer support and healing.

Self-Discovery Session

A self-discovery session is a blend of flower essences, wellness and astrology. It is a space to discover who you truly are, what you desire and your life's purpose so you can move towards your highest potential. We'll explore your natal chart to uncover and clarify your gifts and challenges and use flower essences to support you in this growth process. Astrology is an insightful and transformational tool to guide you on your journey and pairs beautifully with flower essences.

Holistic Wellness Consultation

In a holistic wellness consultation, we look at your current daily habits around food, supplements and lifestyle practices and co-create a wellness plan that involves clean eating, natural products and simple shifts in your daily routine that will support you in moving towards less stress, more energy and more vibrant health.
