​Wellness

      Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving one's full potential. It is much more than physical and mental well-being. It encompasses one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
It is when these states are in balance that we experience true wellness and vitality.
      As a wellness coach, I use an integrative approach which addresses these four states. I support you in your evolutionary process and offer tools to help you heal and reach your full potential. There are many beliefs about and approaches to holistic health and well-being and navigating this course can be at times overwhelming not to mention filled with distractions.  Working one-on-one with a coach can keep you on course and set you on a fast track to accomplishing goals in order to attain health, happiness and success.
